Abstract

Bu çalışmada aile arabuluculuğunun tarihi gelişimi anlatılmıştır. Bu kapsamda modern anlamda arabuluculuğa öncülük eden Amerika Birleşik Devletleri ve Avrupa Birliği tarafından yapılan bazı düzenlemelere değinilmiştir. Daha sonra ülkemizdeki mevzuat açısından değerlendirilmesi yapılmış ve bu kurumun yürürlükteki kanunlar çerçevesinde uygulanabilirliği incelenmiştir.
