La tensión constitutiva de la teoría literaria china: Moralidad y literariedad

Abstract

La teoría literaria china, que se originó alrededor del año 800 a. C., ha desarrollado a lo largo de milenios un sistema teórico integral que abarca múltiples escuelas, contribuyendo significativamente a la teoría literaria global. Aunque ha mostrado características diversas en cada período, su evolución se origina en la tensión inherente al concepto pre-Qin de “la poesía expresa aspiraciones” (诗言志, shī yán zhì), lo que genera un debate central en torno a la practibilidad y la literariedad, dando lugar a dos vías de desarrollo de la teoría literaria china: una de carácter práctico basada en la función ético-política y la edificación moral, y otra literaria, centrada en la expresión emocional y la literariedad estética. Estas vías no son independientes, sino que interactúan en un proceso dinámico de confrontación e integración, constituyendo así la esencia de la teoría literaria china
