Abstract

El desarrollo actual de la conciencia ambiental seguido de una implementación más efectiva de la legislación que enfrenta el área ha evidenciado una preocupación en torno a los problemas ambientales, en particular la generación y eliminación de desechos. Por otro lado, se plantea la necesidad de producir energía a partir de fuentes renovables, minimizando así los impactos ambientales. La agricultura produce en su proceso una cantidad significativa de desechos orgánicos, biomasa, que se puede utilizar como materia prima para la producción de energía. En este contexto, la industria del cacao en su proceso de producción y modernización actual genera una cantidad considerable de desechos sólidos que contienen principalmente la cáscara de la fruta, así como una excelente fuente de material lignocelulósico, con gran potencial para la biotransformación. Por lo tanto, este trabajo tuvo como objetivo realizar una revisión de la literatura sobre la reutilización de los desechos de la industria del cacao como materia prima en la producción de bioetanol.

Le développement actuel de la conscience environnementale, suivi d'une mise en œuvre plus efficace de la législation, a mis en évidence une préoccupation autour des questions environnementales, en particulier la production et l'élimination des déchets. D'autre part, il est nécessaire de produire de l'énergie à partir de sources renouvelables, minimisant ainsi les impacts environnementaux. L'agriculture produit dans son processus une quantité importante de déchets organiques, la biomasse, qui peut être utilisée comme matière première pour la production d'énergie. Dans ce contexte, l'industrie du cacao dans son processus de production et sa modernisation actuelle, génère une quantité considérable de déchets solides contenant principalement par l'enveloppe du fruit, ainsi qu'une excellente source de matière lignocellulosique, avec un grand potentiel de biotransformation. Ainsi, ce travail visait à mener une revue de la littérature sur la réutilisation des déchets de l'industrie du cacao comme matière première dans la production de bioéthanol.

The current development of environmental consciousness followed by more effective implementation of legislation facing area has evidenced a concern around environmental issues, in particular the generation and disposal of waste.On the other hand stands the need to produce energy from renewable sources, thereby minimizing environmental impacts.The agriculture produces in its process a significant amount of organic waste, biomass, which can be used as raw material for the production of energy.In this context the cocoa industry in its production process and current modernization, generates a considerable amount of solid wastes containing principally by the husk of the fruit, as well as an excellent source of lignocellulosic material, with great potential for biotransformation.So this work aimed to conduct a review of the literature on the reuse of waste of the cocoa industry as raw material in the production of bioethanol.

أظهر التطور الحالي للوعي البيئي الذي يتبعه تنفيذ أكثر فعالية للتشريعات التي تواجه المنطقة قلقًا بشأن القضايا البيئية، ولا سيما توليد النفايات والتخلص منها. من ناحية أخرى، هناك حاجة إلى إنتاج الطاقة من مصادر متجددة، وبالتالي تقليل الآثار البيئية. تنتج الزراعة في عمليتها كمية كبيرة من النفايات العضوية، والكتلة الحيوية، والتي يمكن استخدامها كمواد خام لإنتاج الطاقة. في هذا السياق، تولد صناعة الكاكاو في عملية إنتاجها وتحديثها الحالي، كمية كبيرة من النفايات الصلبة المحتوية بشكل أساسي على قشر الفاكهة، بالإضافة إلى مصدر ممتاز للمواد اللجنية السليولوزية، مع قدر كبير من التحول البيولوجي المحتمل. لذلك يهدف هذا العمل إلى إجراء مراجعة للأدبيات حول إعادة استخدام نفايات صناعة الكاكاو كمواد خام في إنتاج الإيثانول الحيوي.
