Abstract

Cet article présente une étude qui a cherché à améliorer la qualité du processus de projet architectural (PPA) grâce à l'utilisation de concepts conceptuels, méthodologiques et d'outils dans le domaine de la gestion du projet, intégrés à d'autres plates-formes de connaissances de l'administration et des technologies de l'information et de la communication. L'objectif est de proposer une méthodologie qui intègre ces plates-formes afin d'améliorer le PPA qui, en plus de décrire toutes ses activités et de donner un itinéraire aux étapes, présente un moyen de les gérer et de les intégrer. Este artículo presenta un estudio que buscó la mejora de la calidad del Proceso de Proyecto Arquitectónico (PPA) a través del uso de conceptos conceptuales, metodológicos y de herramientas en el área de Gestión de Proyectos, integrados a otras plataformas de conocimiento de la Administración y de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación. El objetivo es proponer una metodología que integre estas plataformas con el fin de mejorar el PPA que, además de describir todas sus actividades y dar una ruta a las etapas, presente una forma de gestionarlas e integrarlas.
