Abstract

El objeto de este artículo es examinar determinados problemas que plantea el recurso a empresas de servicios en el ámbito de las Administraciones públicas. Partiendo de la obvia pujanza de la contratación con las empresas de servicios en el sector público, se analizan la regulación de los contratos de servicios en las leyes de contratación administrativa y el tratamiento iuslaboralista de los fenómenos de descentralización productiva a partir del concepto de propia actividad en el sector público. El artículo analiza los principales indicios de cesión ilegal y las peculiaridades de la acción de fijeza en el ámbito de las Administraciones públicas. El trabajo finaliza con una reflexión sobre las tensiones e insuficiencias de la protección de los trabajadores de las empresas de servicios auxiliares.
