
It can be said that the policies implemented by the social democratic welfare states have more rights-based, public and universal programs than the Anglo- Saxon and Conservative welfare states. Children are at the center of these social policies and programs, and the results of these policies and programs are statistics children. These statistics provide important information in understanding child and family welfare. The aim of this study is to examine the reflections of social democratic welfare states on social spending, child poverty, social exclusion and material deprivation statistics related to child and family welfare. As a result, it can be said that the programs implemented by the social democratic welfare states on families and children have a positive effect on children’s statistics.
