The purpose of this research to determine the influence of production factors on the production and income of beet farming and the feasibility of beet farming. The research area is determined proposively namely Village Semangat, Merdeka District, Karo District. The sample is determined by the stratified random sampling method, 30 samples farmer. Methods the data obtained is tabulated by type, then tested using the SPSS statistical test according to the needs of hypothesis testing. The result of this research show (1) Simultaneously that land area, labor and production facilities have a significant effect on beet farming business production with a coefficient of determination (R2)= 0,697, while partially land area and labor have a significant effect on beet farming production, but production fasilities no significant effect on the production of beet farming. (2)Simultaneously and partially land area, labor and production facilities have significant effect on beet farming income with a coefficient of determination (R2)= 0.548. (3) Beet farming in the study area is feasible with R/C=3.80 or R/C>1.
