Residuos sólidos urbanos, recicladores y Objetivos de Desarrollo Sustentable

Abstract

Objetivo: determinar la relación entre los Residuos Sólidos Urbanos (RSU) y los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sustentable. Metodología: Las respuestas se construyeron con informaciones del período 1991-2020 del Índice de Desarrollo Humano Municipal y los resultados de la investigación de saneamiento del Instituto Brasileño de Geografía y Estadística. Los datos de texto fueron lematizados usando el software de IRAMUTEQ, la técnica DELPHI fue aplicada en la consulta a especialistas y usuarios relacionados con los RSU en el período 2019-2022. Los indicadores facilitaron el uso de la Tabla de Implementación de la Función de la Calidad (Quality Function Implementation). Conclusiones: Los resultados muestran la correlación entre los RSU y los ODS, por los vectores antropogénico y tecnológico evidenciando el problema socioeconómico de la población vulnerable. Originalidad: la situación que puede ser corregida, más allá de las políticas públicas valorizando el trabajo de los colectores-clasificadores de residuos y generándoles condiciones de “empleo verde” en el mundo.
