Padrão espacial de espécies arbóreas em fragmento de floresta estacional semidecidual

Abstract

Conhecer o padrao de distribuicao espacial de especies florestais e importante para compreender os processos ecologicos de uma dada comunidade. O objetivo deste trabalho foi analisar o padrao de distribuicao espacial de quatro especies de maior densidade em um fragmento florestal. Os dados de diâmetro a 1,3 m do solo (DAP), altura total e as coordenadas geograficas de todos os individuos arboreos com DAP ≥ 10 cm foram coletados em fragmento de Floresta Estacional Semidecidual. As coordenadas das especies de maior ocorrencia, levando em consideracao a densidade absoluta, foram integradas a um programa de SIG e o padrao de distribuicao espacial foi analisado por meio da funcao K de Ripley na sua forma univariada. Foi avaliada a relacao existente entre os pares de eventos a cada 5 m ate uma distância total de 60 m. A construcao dos envelopes de confianca foi feita por meio de 499 simulacoes Montecarlo. As especies de maior densidade foram, em ordem decrescente: Callisthene major, Acrocomia aculeata, Luehea divaricata e Tapirira guianensis. Os padroes espaciais detectados foram: i) completamente aleatorio para a especie Tapirira guianensis e ii) agregado para as especies Acrocomia aculeata e Luehea divaricata. A especie Callisthene major apresentou padrao espacial variado em funcao da distância considerada. Alem disso, foi constatada a existencia de diferenca no padrao espacial de individuos da mesma especie quando estes sao separados em grupos diametricos, visto que individuos com DAP ≤ 30 cm apresentaram padrao aleatorio e aqueles com DAP > 30 cm, padrao agregado. Isso permite concluir que individuos com idade avancada crescem isoladamente na floresta.
