Milton is a new cultivar of hard red spring wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) developed by the Atlantic Advisory Committee on Cereals and Protein Crops. It is higher yielding than recommended cultivars in the Atlantic Provinces and is resistant to Erysiphe graminis in that area.
