---------- The programs of clinical risk assessment and management may be ethically implemented, if several dimensions are taken into account. Continuous psychological education is to be offered and triumphalistic, almighty medical ideals criticized. Neo-paternalism may be rejected, if costumers’ satisfaction is monitored in fair and scientific ways, laymen empowerment is promoted, istitutional informed consent registered.
