Abstract

Dorothea McEwan a travaillé de nombreuses années dans les archives de l’Institut Warburg à Londres et leur organisation actuelle lui est due en bonne part. Elle est l’auteur de nombreux articles sur Warburg et son entourage ainsi que de trois ouvrages. Elle a également édité la correspondance entre Warburg et Fritz Saxl. Cet entretien présente sa vision du collectif autour de Warburg et de son œuvre, ainsi que son propre parcours de chercheuse, de l’Autriche à l’Angleterre, en passant par l’Egypte, la Jordanie, et aujourd’hui l’Ethiopie.
