Este artículo se propone estudiar las relaciones entre el “post” y el “trans”, confrontando las ideas de Braidotti (Rosi )y de Gontard (Marc). Por su aparente inmovilismo inmanente, el género policial aparece como un espacio poco sujeto al cambio y a la permeabilidad. Sin embargo, para poder progresar, el género ha recurrido a lo largo de su historia a la transgresión. Tal es el caso de Walsh (Rodolfo) en Argentina. Los mecanismos empleados para alcanzar ese objetivo concuerdan con algunos procedimientos de la literatura postmoderna.
