Abstract

Fernando Vallejo se reivindica sin tapujos como un escritor hereje. En sus inicios estudia cine y realiza algunas películas pero pronto se da cuenta de que la sociedad colombiana acepta difícilmente la autocrítica y se decide entonces por la literatura. Repetidas veces dirá que “Colombia le cerró todas las puertas y todos los caminos”, razón por la cual decide irse. Esa vieja herida de la expatriación se convierte en un prurito constante y el novelista aproveche de todas las ocasiones para atacar las instituciones que para el representante el pilar de la sociedad tradicional colombiana : la familia, la iglesia y la clase política. Vallejo construye su discurso a través de un recurso constante al sarcasmo y al insulto. Trataremos de despejar en este trabajo las diferentes formas de transgresión en las que incurre el novelista y la evolución de esta virulencia verbal y simbólica.

Son discours se construit grâce à un recours constant au sarcasme et à l’injure. Dans cette étude nous tenterons de comprendre les diverses formes de transgression auxquelles a recours le romancier ainsi que l’évolution de sa fureur verbal, expatriación, raison pour laquelle il décide de quitter son pays. Cette blessure ancienne de l’expatriation devient une plaie ouverte, exilio literario, narrativa colombiana, Fernando Vallejo assume sans complexe sa condition d’écrivain hérétique. Après des études de cinéma, littérature colombienne, exil littéraire, il produit quelques films mais se rend vite à l’évidence que la société colombienne accepte très mal l’autocritique et préfère alors prendre le chemin de la littérature.
