Abstract

En este artículo se analiza la mentalidad del clero diocesano de la Ciudad de México antes y después de la reforma constitucional de 1992. Una vez que el catolicismo entró en una ruta de formalización de sus relaciones con el Estado mexicano, el clero empezó una transformación de su pensamiento al transparentar sus acciones. Sin embargo, un amplio sector que no estaba acostumbrado a estas dinámicas tomó una ruta antitética, no aceptando estos cambios y desarrollando una postura en continuidad con el periodo anterior a 1992. El objetivo principal de este texto es profundizar en la mentalidad del clero diocesano de la Ciudad de México, orientando la investigación en particular hacia un posible cambio de mentalidad generado por la reforma constitucional. La hipótesis inicial refleja una lógica de continuidad y de ruptura respecto al periodo anterior a 1992.
