Evaluación energética y rehabilitación de la envolvente edilicia de una escuela en zona bioambiental templada cálida, Argentina

Abstract

El objetivo del trabajo es identificar ahorros energéticos potenciales de distintas propuestas de rehabilitación de la envolvente de un edificio escolar ubicado en la ciudad de San Juan, Argentina. Se analiza el comportamiento energético a partir de los consumos históricos de electricidad y gas natural. También se evalúan las propiedades térmicas de los cerramientos y se calculan los indicadores energéticos en régimen estacionario. Para dar solución a los problemas de materialidad constructiva se elaboran propuestas que permitan a los componentes alcanzar los valores de transmitancia térmica sugeridos por la Norma IRAM 11605 en los niveles de confort térmico recomendado y medio. Los resultados alcanzados evidencian que la Rehabilitación Óptima proyecta una reducción del 55% en los requerimientos energéticos para calefacción. Sin embargo, la Rehabilitación Media con ahorros del 47%, se posiciona como la más conveniente al considerar también los costos económicos de construcción actuales.
