Abstract

En este artículo se argumenta que los esfuerzos políticos hacia la erradicación de la pobreza en los países en vías de desarrollo deberían ser preferentes frente a los esfuerzos dirigidos a ampliar el número de personas pobres y oprimidas admitidas en nuestras sociedades ricas. Ambos tipos de esfuerzos son objetivos morales, pero el primero parece ser más efectivo que el segundo.
