Abstract

Résumé En quoi une supervision en groupe est-elle fondamentalement différente d’une supervision individuelle ? Qu’est-ce que le groupe apporte d’autre, de plus, de différent… ? L’auteur se demande, à partir de son expérience clinique, ce que le dispositif groupal introduit de changement dans l’écoute spécifique de l’analyste et modifie dans le travail de celui-ci. Les effets sur et dans le groupe provoqués par le récit du narrateur seraient à considérer comme un effet du contre-transfert et comme un moyen d’accès détourné tant à celui-ci qu’à ce qui l’a mobilisé en amont. Le groupe fonctionne ainsi comme un chambre d’échos et une caisse de résonance. La supervision en groupe se présenterait de ce fait comme une « écho-logie ».
