Corps malade et surmoi

Abstract

L’expérience clinique montre des liens intimes entre le corps malade et l’économie du surmoi. Pour le modèle freudien de la seconde théorie des pulsions et de la seconde topique, le surmoi plonge ses racines dans le Ça et le représente auprès du moi. Si le surmoi post-œdipien protège le moi en canalisant la destructivité interne, la désorganisation du surmoi engendre une destructivité libre dans le Ça et dans le moi qui s’exprime sous les formes du sentiment inconscient de culpabilité ou du besoin inconscient de punition. La solution somatique devient alors l’une de leurs issues privilégiées.
