
Cet article étudie les effets psychologiques d’une application de rencontre sur des usagers « minorisés ». La méthode développée associe la dimension esthétique du design graphique et la psychologie clinique d’orientation psychanalytique. L’étude démontre d’une part, qu’il n’est pas souhaitable de penser le design d’une application en réduisant l’usager à une seule structure psychique, et d’autre part, qu’il est possible de relever des processus psychiques communs aux usagers, tel que le clivage entre courant tendre et sexuel.
