Abstract

Dans cet ouvrage, l'auteur présente et analyse le fonctionnement de la Politique Agricole Commune. Le premier chapitre dresse une brève histoire de la PAC. Puis sont présentées les réformes et la PAC actuelle. Puis, l'auteur présente les mécanismes économiques, acteurs, instruments, effets redistributifs..., avant d'aborder les fonctions non marchandes, sécurité alimentaire ou externalités. Enfin, les effets de la PAC sur les échanges agricoles internationaux et les enjeux de négociations de l'OMC sont analysés
