Abstract

Résumé L’auteur envisage, à partir du suivi clinique d’une adolescente incarcérée, comment le passage à l’acte violent à caractère sexuel constitue un échec du « travail de passivité » qui se solde en un meurtre du féminin, ce que l’auteur propose de désigner sous le terme de « féminicide ». Cette mise à mort du féminin est une réponse contre le risque d’envahissement du pulsionnel qui est fortement sollicité dans ce temps particulier de l’adolescence. L’article retrace les difficultés du suivi clinique de Sonia durant son parcours pénal. Le passage par l’acte est envisagé comme une scène rassemblant et condensant les éléments psychiques internes qui ne parviennent pas à s’organiser ni à se lier et représentent des menaces de ruptures identitaires.
