Abstract

A revised checklist of the British and Irish Platygastroidea (Platygastridae) substantially updates the previous comprehensive checklist, dating from 1978. Distribution data (i.e. occurrence in England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland and the Isle of Man) is reported where known. A total of 381 British and Irish Platygastroidea represents a 47% increase on the number of British and Irish species reported in 1978.
