El chiste y su relación con 'El Coloquio de los perros'

Abstract

El objetivo central de este trabajo es abordar el chiste sobre los medicos contado por Berganza como el hecho que desencadena la produccion ficcional propuesta por Cervantes en 'El Coloquio de los perros'. La incomodidad que ha producido este extrano chiste aun no ha sido resuelta por la critica, que ha preferido detenerse en sus contenidos manifiestos, reparando apenas en el hecho biografico que vincula a Cervantes con la medicina. Este descuido, que compromete la percepcion del chiste como sintoma (es decir, como punto de ruptura heterogeneo a un campo ideologico) y como motor de la narrativa, se hace extensivo a las posibilidades de analisis provenientes de El chiste y su relacion con el inconsciente de Sigmund Freud (quien fue un cervantista confeso), del cinismo clasico y tambien de la reflexion sobre el cinismo contemporaneo planteada por teoricos de la cultura como Slavoj �i�ek y Peter Sloterdijk.
