Bu çalışma, Adana Kadı Sicilleri'nin 49 numaralı şer'iyye sicili defterini ele almaktadır. Kadı sicilleri, Osmanlı Devleti'nin ve toplumunun birçok yönünü aydınlatan önemli belgelerdir. Bu defterler, hukuk davalarının yanı sıra idari işlemler, vakıfların işleri ve şehirdeki diğer faaliyetlerin kaydedildiği zengin bir içeriğe sahiptir. Ancak kadı sicillerinin yayımlanması, bilimsel ve ekonomik zorluklar nedeniyle gecikmektedir. Bu çalışmada, Adana merkez kazasına ait olan 49 numaralı şer'iyye sicili defteri incelenmiş ve defterde yer alan belgelerin muhtevası ve özetleri sunulmuştur. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Adana'nın tarihine katkı sağlamak ve araştırmacıların bu sicil defterini daha kolay anlamalarını ve kullanmalarını sağlamaktır. This study focuses on the 49th shari'a register of the Adana Kadı Registers. Kadı registers are important documents that shed light on various aspects of the Ottoman Empire and society. These registers have a rich content that includes not only legal cases but also administrative procedures, matters related to endowments, and other activities in the city. However, the publication of kadı registers has been delayed due to scientific and economic challenges. In this study, the 49th shari'a register of the Adana central district is examined, and the content and summaries of the documents in the register are presented. The aim of this study is to contribute to the history of Adana and facilitate researchers' understanding and use of this register.
