La adquisición del alemán como segunda lengua

Abstract

El libro propone un modelo de adquisición del alemán basado en la “hipótesis algorítmica”, inspirada en el segundo nivel de la teoría de procesamiento de la visión de David Marr. Este modelo postula que el proceso de adquisición del lenguaje se inicia sin necesidad de hacer referencia directa a reglas gramaticales. Si bien el objetivo principal del estudio es investigar la adquisición tardía del alemán, especialmente como segunda lengua, las conclusiones a las que se llega son extensibles al fenómeno de la adquisición en general. La hipótesis algorítmica permite explicar con facilidad cómo se adquieren aspectos del lenguaje como el orden de palabras, la flexión nominal, la selección del auxiliar, entre otros. Profundizando en el concepto de “actuación”, el libro demuestra que es posible tender un puente entre teorías generativas y cognitivas de la adquisición del lenguaje.
