Aisteach – awangarda potencjalna

Abstract

Esej stanowi analizę projektu Aiseach – fikcjonalnego archiwum irlandzkiej awangardy muzycznej, na którego czele stoi kompozytorka Jennifer Walshe. Tekst umieszcza projekt Walshe w kontekście historii artystycznych eksperymentów z fikcjonalnymi archiwami (zwłaszcza dźwiękowymi) i współczesnych praktyk kompozytorskich, z postulowaną przez artystkę „nową dyscypliną” na czele. Następnie analiza projektu zmierza ku odpowiedzi na pytanie o zawartą w Aisteach wizję historii oraz kultury Irlandii.
