Las enfermedades transmitidas por alimentos, un problema de salud mundial

Abstract

Objetivo: analizar las enfermedades transmitidas por alimentos como problema de salud mundial. Método: Descriptivo documental. Conclusión: Las enfermedades transmitidas por alimentos continúan representando un desafío crítico para la salud pública global, agravado por la persistencia de viejos problemas y la emergencia de nuevas amenazas en un contexto de cambio climático y globalización. El análisis de los resultados subraya la necesidad urgente de implementar estrategias integradas y adaptativas que aborden las particularidades regionales, mejoren la eficacia de las inspecciones de seguridad alimentaria y fortalezcan la cooperación internacional. Solo a través de un enfoque global coordinado y sostenido será posible mitigar el impacto de estas enfermedades, proteger la salud de las poblaciones más vulnerables y garantizar la seguridad alimentaria en un mundo en constante cambio.
