Incidencia de síndrome de burnout como causa de ausentismo laboral

Abstract

Objetivo: estudiar el Síndrome de Burnout en los trabajadores del Hospital General Docente Ambato. Método: Descriptivo observacional. Resultados y conclusión: La dimensión Cansancio Emocional predomina el de nivel leve con un total de 17 casos para un 41.5% de total de la población, existen 21 casos de despersonalización en rango bajo con un 51.2% de total y una realización personal alta con 17 casos con un 41.5% de los trabajadores encuestados. La identificación temprana de los factores de riesgo es fundamental para desarrollar soluciones e intervenciones que podrían mejorar las condiciones laborales de los trabajadores como medidas preventivas contra el Síndrome de Burnout.
