Modelo de gestión por procesos para cooperativas

Abstract

Esta investigación se realiza con el objetivo de desarrollar un modelo de gestión por procesos para el fortalecimiento institucional de la Cooperativa de Transporte Intercantonal “Huaca-Julio Andrade”. De alcance es descriptiva pues caracteriza la gestión de los procesos en la compañía de transporte objeto de estudio. Se aplicaron encuestas y entrevistas dirigidas personal y gerente de la organización respectivamente. Entre los resultados más relevantes se pueden mencionar los siguientes: el 68% no tienen definidos los tipos de procesos realizados en su organización, ausencia de programas de capacitación e incentivos, ya que el 87% de los encuestados manifestó no formar parte de ellos, lo que genera un malestar en general en el ambiente laboral, así como también la ausencia de un modelo de gestión por procesos en la cooperativa.
