Modelo de gestión por procesos y mejora continua

Abstract

La presente se realizó con la finalidad de proponer un modelo de gestión por procesos para la mejora continua en el departamento técnico de la empresa COCAVISION. Se aplicó una encuesta a los 45 trabajadores pertenecientes al departamento técnico de la empresa Cocavision. Para solucionar la problemática se propone un modelo de gestión por procesos y mejora continua que brinde claridad y confianza para la optimización de los procesos de gestión que se ejecutan en el departamento técnico de la empresa Cocavision, de esta manera podremos controlar y ordenar de mejor forma sus trabajos diarios, información que será entregada a los directivos y personal de la empresa. La mejora continua debería ser el compromiso de todo el personal siguiendo los lineamientos descritos en el presente modelo de gestión.
