Abstract

El objetivo de la presente investigación fue proponer un sistema de gestión de costos por órdenes de producción para optimizar los recursos empresariales de la empresa Zamtex. La investigación fue de campo y centró en recopilar datos directamente en la empresa Zamtex, Los resultados Se creó un sistema operativo de control de costos que facilita la identificación exacta de los costos directos e indirectos por órdenes de producción, optimizando la rastreabilidad y eficacia del procedimiento contable. El estudio estadístico posibilitó la identificación de patrones de variabilidad y puntos críticos en el proceso de producción, lo que simplifica la toma de decisiones; se establecieron principios éticos que se pueden aplicar al ambiente de producción, fomentando prácticas responsables. En conclusión, el modelo matemático creado posibilitó una distribución eficaz de recursos, disminuyendo los gastos de operación y potenciando la productividad.
