The objective of this argument is to analyze the historical origin and institutional academic development of the Normalist High School of Durango, in relation to the curricular modifications and the management processes that it has had over the last four decades. To achieve this, a study of the institutional trajectory of the baccalaureate was carried out, which is part of the academic and administrative structure of the Benemérita y Centenaria Normal School of the State of Durango, whose chronological reconstruction was carried out based on the relationships established between the historical variables and educational institutions that have determined their particular pedagogical characteristics.

El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar el origen histórico y el desarrollo académico institucional del Bachillerato Normalista de Durango (BND), en relación con las modificaciones curriculares y los procesos de gestión que ha tenido a lo largo de las últimas cuatro décadas. Para lograrlo se realizó el estudio de la trayectoria institucional del bachillerato, que forma parte de la estructura académica y administrativa de la Benemérita y Centenaria Escuela Normal del Estado de Durango (ByCENED), cuya reconstrucción cronológica se realizó a partir de las relaciones establecidas entre las variables históricas y educativas que han determinado sus características pedagógicas particulares.
