Abstract

Na presente dissertação, além do estudo do estado da arte relativo aos modelos/técnicas matemáticas de previsão de preços de eletricidade, é também estudado o mercado de derivados do MIBEL, o OMIP, assim como os seus produtos e algumas das suas especificidades. Posteriormente, é elaborado o desenvolvimento de alguns modelos de previsão de preços tendo como referência os horizontes temporais praticados nos contratos de futuros de eletricidade realizados nos mercados derivados ibéricos, no sentido a servir de apoio à estipulação e licitação de preços nestes tipos de mercados.
