Teološko-pastoralni naglasci pohoda sv. Ivana Pavla II. žitnici Hrvatske

Abstract

Tijekom trećeg pohoda Republici Hrvatskoj 2003. godine sv. Ivan Pavao II. pohodio je Osijek i Đakovo. Na slavlju svete mise u Osijeku 7. lipnja sudjelovalo je 207 000 vjernika. U radu se iznose četiri teološko-pastoralna naglaska i poruke upućene ne samo vjernicima Đakovačke i Srijemske biskupije nego i stanovnicima cijele Slavonije, Srijema i Baranje. U prvom dijelu analizira se suradnja sv. Ivana Pavla II. s kardinalom Franjom Šeperom, rođenim Osječaninom, Papinim prvim pročelnikom Kongregacije za nauk vjere. Drugi dio aktualizira sinodski hod Druge sinode Đakovačke i Srijemske biskupije i njezin završetak tijekom euharistijskog slavlja u Osijeku. U trećem dijelu kratko se prikazuju poticaji ekumenskim nastojanjima mjesne Crkve sa Srpskom pravoslavnom Crkvom. Četvrti dio propitkuje Papin poziv na vrednovanje i dostojanstvo zemljoradnika u kontekstu opasnosti napuštanja sela.
