Domestique-professionnel : la cohérence du travail des femmes dans les exploitations agricoles familiales

Abstract

L'imbrication des sphères professionnelles et domestiques dans le travail des femmes des exploitations agricoles familiales, et la complexité temporelle qui en résulte, posent problème pour aborder la question de l'emploi en agriculture. L'approche ergonomique, dont l'objet est l'étude spécifique de l'activité des travailleurs en vue de l'améliorer, met en évidence une cohérence entre ces deux sphères. La non-reconnaissance sociale du travail des femmes occulte une productivité spécifique, particulièrement dans le domaine de l'élevage. Cet apport est le fruit des potentialités opératoires du travail dans la sphère domestique.
