Risco ocupacional: violência no trabalho de enfermagem

Abstract

Objetivo: Identificar e analisar, através da literatura, considerações gerais sobre a violência sofrida pela equipe de enfermagem. Métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, realizada a partir de materiais disponí­veis na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS) do Brasil, com arquivos indexados nas bases de dados Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Base de Dados de Enfermagem (BDENF). Foram utilizados os Descritores em Ciências da Saúde (DeCs): enfermagem, violência e saúde do trabalhador. Foram incluí­dos 10 materiais disponí­veis na í­ntegra, em lí­ngua portuguesa, publicados entre 2013 e 2018. Resultados: Evidenciou-se que a maioria dos casos de violência acontece nos setores de urgência e emergência dos hospitais; a principal causa é o despreparo institucional para atender aos usuários que são os principais perpetradores; a violência verbal é a mais comum. Conclusão: O conjunto de questões acerca da violência laboral é considerado um obstáculo que deve ser vivenciado diariamente pelos profissionais de enfermagem.
