O solemne acto académico no que foron lidos os dous discursos recolleitos no presente volume celebrouse o día 15 de novembro de 1932 no Salón de actos do Pazo Municipal da Coruña. Título do discurso: Conquista y evangelización de la Nueva Galicia.
