METHODOLOGICAL APPROACH TO ASSESSING STAKEHOLDERS’ PERCEPTION OF CORPORATE CULTURE IN ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The scientific article aims to address the critical aspect of evaluating the perception level of corporate culture among stakeholders within an organizational context. In light of the evolving and highly competitive business landscape characterized by rapid changes, the cultivation of a robust corporate culture emerges as imperative for ensuring sustained success and organizational resilience. Acknowledging the multifaceted nature of modern business dynamics, the study underscores the significance of not only internal organizational refinement but also the strategic consideration of diverse stakeholder interests, spanning internal employees and external partners. The paper examines primary types and methods of assessing the perception of corporate culture within enterprises by various stakeholder groups. The main goal is to develop a methodological approach for evaluating the existing corporate culture’s perception by stakeholders. The methodological framework for assessing the perception level of the corporate culture within the enterprise, in contrast to existing methodologies, relies on evaluating three stakeholder groups—executives (leaders), their subordinates, and external partners of the enterprise. The proposed indicators cover social, intellectual, spiritual, managerial, and physical environments. Drawing from an extensive review of existing literature and methodologies, the article proposes an integrative approach grounded in taxonomic analysis and a three-dimensional diagnostic matrix. A three-dimensional diagnostic matrix is introduced to determine the overall corporate culture level, guiding strategic actions. The article delineates the empirical application of the proposed methodology within a specific organizational context, offering insights into the internal and external perception of corporate culture. Findings highlight the need to enhance corporate culture and offer recommendations for further improvements in enterprise management.
