Abstract

In dem Buch wird der Lebensstilansatz auf Jugendliche übertragen. Unterschiedliche Lebensstile (bzw. Milieus) Jugendlicher werden unterschieden und anhand einer Vielzahl von Merkmalen, die für die Jugendarbeit relevant sind, differenziert. Der Autor stellt zwei Studien vor, die zeigen, wie Jugendliche je nach Lebensstilorientierung auf Angebote der Jugendarbeit reagieren. Die Erkenntnisse sollen in der Jugendarbeit Tätige dabei unterstützen, die eigenen Angebote zu reflektieren und weiterzuentwickeln.
