TÜRK İMALAT SANAYİNİN ENDÜSTRİ 4.0’A GEÇİŞ SÜRECİNİ OLUMSUZ ETKİLEYEN FAKTÖRLERİN KALİTE EVİ VE ÇOK KRİTERLİ KARAR VERME TEKNİKLERİ İLE ANALİZİ

Abstract

Industry 4.0 has emerged as a critical manufacturing strategy due to recent developments in various technologies such as cloud computing and the internet of things. The industry 4.0 transition process has started earlier in developed countries and these countries have many manufacturing companies that implement industry 4.0 technologies successfully. On the other hand, manufacturing companies in developing countries experience various organizational, technical and financial barriers on the use of industry 4.0 technologies. In this study, the factors that negatively affect the industry 4.0 transition process in Turkey are investigated. First, factors are determined by using questionnaires and reviewing the literature. Next, importance levels of the factors are calculated through the use of analytical network process and DEMATEL (The Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory) multi criteria decision making methods. At the last stage, the solution alternatives that will help lessen the impacts of the factors are determined and prioritized by using house of quality.
