Inserção do treino discriminativo no protocolo cavar/escalar de recombinação de repertórios

Abstract

Neves Filho, Stella, Dicezare e Garcia Mijares (2015) desenvolveram um modelo experimental com o objetivo de observar a recombinação de repertórios em ratos (Rattus norvegicus). O experimento consistiu nos treinos discretos, sucessivo sobre a recombinação de dois repertórios diferentes: (1) cavar e (2) escalar. Com base neste modelo experimental, a presente pesquisa objetivou avaliar se a inserção de um procedimento de treino discriminativo (Sd: som) alteraria o processo de recombinação de repertórios. Isso porque, no experimento original, os animais foram submetidos a fase de pré-teste sem a delimitação da relação entre a emissão do comportamento e a consequência reforçadora, assim não havia clareza se a situação-problema que os animais estavam resolvendo era de fato um problema. Foram utilizadas 10 ratas albinas (Rattus norvegicus) da linhagem Wistar, ingênuas ao experimento. Foram divididas aleatoriamente em dois grupos com 5 animais cada: o (1) grupo experimental, que recebeu a intervenção do treino de Sd, além do treino de cavar e de escalar, e (2) grupo controle, que teve seu processo similar ao de Neves Filho et al. (2015). Posteriormente foram submetidos a uma situação-problema, com a emissão do Sd, a fim de avaliar o desempenho dos animais. Todos os animais do grupo experimental resolveram o problema; enquanto nenhum do controle resolveu. Com base nos dados, propomos que a inserção deste procedimento é relevante para que haja o processo de recombinação de repertório, visto que garante que o sujeito está sob controle da situação-problema.
