In 1987 the Theatre of the Moon (A Hold Szinháza) of Budapest revived its adaptation of Stephen Leacock’s Sorrows of a Super Soul, which it first staged in 1984. The show was part of the centenary celebrations of the birth of Frigyes Karinthy, the translator who introduced Leacock to Hungary in 1926.
