Abstract

Abstract- Development has a wider reach in efforts to improve and enhance the competencies of the teaching and educational staff. Development is more focused on increasing ability (ability) through formal channels with a long period of time, providing learning opportunities that are designed to help the self-development of teaching staff and education where development is directed to prepare teaching / educational staff to hold responsibility for an positions or jobs in the future. the following are strategies for developing teaching staff and education.
