This paper discusses about onde-onde which are one of the snacks derived from glutinous rice flour, formed into a circle, smeared with sesame, and fried until browned. The purpose of this study is to increase community interest, especially adolescents, for traditional snack onde-onde. This research was carried out in two stages, namely the manufacture of ordinary types of onde-onde and types of onde-onde with variations in the form of chocolate jam and mozzarella cheese, then testing the preference of panelists on each sample of onde-onde. The results obtained from this study are products with modified ingredients in the form of chocolate jam and mozzarella cheese that can attract consumers, especially teenagers, so that they can increase the existence of these onde-onde.
