Abstract

Este trabalho tem por objetivo apresentar resultado de projeto de pesquisa em andamento, conduzido no Observatório do Mercado de Trabalho em Informação e Documentação – CNPq, da Escola de Comunicações e Artes da Universidade de São Paulo em colaboração internacional com Universidade Carlos III de Madrid. Se categoriza e desenvolve hierarquicamente a terminologia que representa o conhecimento específico necessário para passar nos testes e os enunciados das atividades a realizar nos concursos para o setor público brasileiro de Ciência da Informação. Como processo metodológico, a fonte dos termos são os editais dos concursos publicados entre 2015 e 2019 para arquivistas, bibliotecários e museólogos, junto a outras fontes procedentes de trabalhos anteriores do grupo de pesquisa. Apenas as declarações e termos relacionados às atividades e conhecimentos digitais são extraídos. A lista hierárquica das atividades é composta escassamente por 64 entradas, o que determina uma grande limitação quando da aplicação à uma oportunidade de emprego no setor privado. Porem as 651 entradas de termos são uma boa representação dos conhecimentos específicos requeridos e servirão para processar o corpus de anúncios de emprego a selecionar. Seus termos serão automaticamente marcados a partir da lista aqui oferecida. Uma vez que a comparação entre a lista e o texto das ofertas de trabalho não fornecerá uma correspondência exata das sequencias, deverá ser utilizado um software que permita estabelecer equivalências entre os termos deste vocabulário e as expressões dos anúncios de oferta de trabalho.
