What is Dibersity? (apa keberangaman itu?) • Keberagaman adalah keseluruhan dari perbedaan yang kemudian membuat individu tersebut menampilkan dirinya, dan secara kolektif kemampuan yang mereka miliki untuk bisa di kontribusikan terhadap pencapaian tujuan organisasi.• Mengelola keberagaman adalah pilihan dan komitmen yang dipilih secara sadar baik dari organisasi, untuk bisa menilai terhadap perbedaan. Dimana perusahaan tersebut menggunakan keberagaman ini sebagai sumber kekuatan untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi.
