El presente proyecto pretende rescatar y enaltecer el valioso contenido histórico, biográfico y cultural del pueblo Muisca, ahondando de forma específica en la travesía y peregrinaje a nivel cronológico que debía experimentar un futuro y digno líder de la comunidad para ser elegido cacique. Llamado por ellos “El Guatavita”. Este proyecto de carácter teórico-práctico se desarrolla en dos etapas. La etapa de investigación, donde se aborda la cultura muisca, enfatizando y exponiendo el complejo ritual que debía llevar a cabo el futuro líder de la comunidad para ser seleccionado cacique. Y la etapa de ejecución artística, en donde se desarrollan una serie de ilustraciones con las que se construye un e-book el cual describe los momentos más importantes en la preparación del futuro Guatavita. El e-book, como producto resultado de este proyecto, busca convertirse en una herramienta pedagógica para todo aquel que quiera conocer en detalle el camino del Guatavita.

ABSTRACT: This project aims to rescue and enhance the valuable historical, biographical, and cultural content of the Muisca people, delving specifically into the journey and pilgrimage at a chronological level that a future and worthy leader of the community should experience to be elected chieftain.
