Abstract

Yaz ıhlamur (Tilia platyphyllos Scop.), kültür tarihi çok eskilere dayanan dünyada üretimi ve tüketimi yaygın olan odunsu bitkilerden biridir. Bu çalışmada yaz ıhlamurunun morfolojik özellikleri ile yaprak çiçek uçucu bileşenleri araştırılmıştır. Örnekler, Isparta ilinin Yenişarbademli, Aksu ve Sütçüler ilçesine bağlı Belence ile Kasımlar köylerinden toplanmıştır. Morfolojik özelliklerini belirlemek amacıyla yaprak, çiçek ve brakte örneklerinde ölçümler yapılmıştır. Yaprak aya boyu 4.2-10.8 cm (ort. 7.72 cm), yaprak aya eni ise 4.2-10.2 cm (ort. 6.8 cm) arasında ölçülmüştür. Yaprak sapı uzunluğu 2.8-6.2 cm aralığında olup, ortalama değeri 4.42 cm’dir. Brakte boyu 4.2-13.0 cm (ort. 8.07 cm), brakte eni ise 1.0-2.5 cm (ort. 1.67) aralığındadır. Brakte sapı 0.1-1.7 cm aralığındadır. Brakte sapı ortalama 0.72 cm olarak ölçülmüştür. Çiçek sayısı en az 2 adet en çok 5 adet ortalama 3 adet olarak tespit edilmiştir. Türün uçucu yağ bileşenlerini belirlemek amacıyla yaprak, çiçek (brakte) örnekleri oda sıcaklığında kurutulmuş, HS-SPME/GC-MS analizi ile uçucu bileşenleri belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular sonucunda çiçeklerin uçucu bileşenlerinde toplam 113 farklı bileşen, yaprakların uçucu bileşeninde ise toplam 62 adet bileşen bulunmuştur. Çiçeklerin uçucu bileşenlerinde en etken bileşenler: (%26.66) (E)-2-Hexenal moleküler yapısı C6H10, (%35.52) 1-Undecyne moleküler yapısı C11H20, (%14.88), n-Hexanal C6H12O ,(%10.11), 1-Dodecyne C12H22 molekül yapısı bulunmuştur. Yaprakların uçucu bileşenlerinde en etken uçucu bileşenler: (%64.84) 2-Hexenal moleküler yapısı C6H10O, (%22.73) 1-Decyne moleküler yapısı C10H18 olarak bulunmuştur.
