Abstract

A mixologia é uma vasta área da coquetelaria que lida diretamente com o estudo histórico, técnico e científico dos ingredientes aplicados à produção de coquetéis de forma criativa e assertiva. Para criá-los, são pesquisados e elaborados diversos estudos, para que seja possível produzir insumos e provocar combinações que resultem em uma receita ideal, de acordo com o conceito e proposta esperada.
